Cooking with Kathy

While we were in Virginia, the kids and Kathy had a day of cooking- including the trip to the grocery store. I was ordered to stay away- they didn't have to tell me that twice!

Kathy had found on eBay (I think) this book that she had as a child, and ordered it to use with my kids- how cool is that!!

The kids were very impressed- note the "oh & woo" expressions on the two to the left

They made pear "mice" So cute!

And a castle cake for dessert. Also very cute and delicious- heavy on the frosting, my fav!
